This is the scheduled three-weekly post for the SAL that I’m doing with several other crafty blogs.
This is where I got to last time.
And this is where I’m up to now.
Please excuse all the ends. I did intend to tidy it up before photographing it but I’ve been busy playing with my early Christmas present 😉
At least you can see where I’ve stitched this time though.
For the stitch-a-long I’m linking up to these lovely blogs:
Avis, Claire, Gun, LucyAnn, Kate, Jess, Sue, Constanze, Debbierose,
Christina, Kathy, Margaret, Cindy, Helen, Steph, Linda, Heidi,
Jackie, Sunny, Hayley, Tony, Megan, Catherine, Deborah, Connie,Clare
Look how many of us there are now! We’re getting more people join us all the time and it’s great to see their progress posts every three weeks.
Do allow for people being in different time zones, so not posting all at the same time, but it’s well worth doing a bit of blog hopping to see all the lovely projects that are being worked on.

I love the slippers. Some how I didn’t notice those before but now you are focusing on the floor they really pop.

Doing the backstitch helps to make them stand out more too 🙂

This is such a fun design, and I’m guessing two more cats on the rug? This lady is truly hilarious!

I love the one peeping around the left side of the chair. Any minute now he’s going to catch that tail… 😉

Thanks. Getting closer, but what you see of the rug is pretty much it. Lots of stripey floor to do though.

I love love love this design! I’m with Avis; every check-in I feel like I spot something I hadn’t noticed before — like that she’s wearing a cat necklace over her cat jumper. So lovely!

I know. She truly is a crazy cat lady and I’m afraid to say that I also have a cat necklace, mugs, pictures etc. Only three cats though so I’m only in training LOL

Brilliant progress again. I keep finding new things on this design. This time it’s the tassles on the tablecloth 🙂

Great Progress Carol. This looks as though the first post of next year could be starting with a Happy Dance. Like you we don’t really do Christmas. We have reached an age when if we want something we have it so there is often nothing either of us want. Its family time and as long as the children and grandchild are happy so are we.

Thanks. I’m hoping so. I’m so close to the finish line that I’d really like to finish it this year, but I suspect it’ll be January if I’m lucky.

great progress Carole, we can see outlines of new cats appearing. How many cats does this mad cat lady have????
And naughty you, playing with a xmas present before xmas! I know what I’m getting, since I bought it on eBay, but it’s been hidden away in the cupboard since it arrived and I’ll wait until Dec 24th before playing.

She has lots of cats. I’m sure there are more that you can’t see LOL
We don’t really do Christmas so it was just an excuse for us both to have something that was a more considered purchase. Plus I was really excited to start playing 😉
